My Origin Story
I AM ONE OF YOU
I Didn't Even Know the Word "Perimenopause"—Maybe You Didn't Either.
Let me guess—you’re exhausted, gaining weight for no reason, feeling off, and your doctor just shrugged and said, “That’s life, get a fan.” (Yeah, thanks, super helpful.)
I was there too. Completely blindsided by what was happening to my body.
Here’s how it went down:

My weight started creeping up (even though I was “doing everything right”).

I was tired but couldn’t sleep.

My mood? Let’s just say I had zero chill.

My doctor told me, “It’s just part of aging. Come back when you haven’t had a period for 12 months.”

Oh, and instead of answers, I got prescriptions for antidepressants, sleep meds, and a dismissive pat on the head.
At no point did anyone say:
🛑 Hey, this is perimenopause.
🛑 Here’s what’s happening in your body.
🛑 And here’s how you can actually feel better.
So, like the stubborn, research-loving problem solver I am, I figured it out myself.
And now? I make sure you don’t have to.
